Welcome to Yamba Preschool

Yamba Preschool Kindergarten is a non profit community based preschool licensed to care for 29 children each day aged from 3-5 years, providing quality early childhood education since 1983 .
We aim to provide a safe, stimulating, caring, friendly, multicultural early childhood environment for children and their families, where children can learn and grow.

Director’s Welcome

It is with pleasure that I welcome you to Yamba Preschool. Starting Preschool is an exciting step for children and their families. There is the discovery of new experiences, new friends and new independence .
We believe that if parents and educators work in partnership , beginning Preschool can be productive, positive and fun. You are the first and most important educators in your child’s life and we build on the foundations you have provided.
Research shows that children learn best through play, and in keeping with this at Yamba Preschool we support children’s learning through child initiated, interest based play experiences.
Please don’t hesitate to contact us if you have any queries. We want your child to have a fantastic start to his/her Early Childhood Education.
